No. On AINOTE 2, 133 refers to handwriting recognition. The checked official page lists 16 transcription languages and 11 live-translation languages.
The larger AINOTE 2 has newer software and more storage, but no front light, speaker, or camera. The smaller Air 2 keeps those three features.

What changes or goes missing
- Color detail is 150 PPI. Black text is sharper at 300 PPI, so color pages will not look like an iPad screen.
